Ubisoft has been trying to mind-meld with you, and tell you that UPlay is dead, kaput, fini... It has been replaced by UConnect, aka: Ubisoft Connect. Go to their website and search on it, and do the PC download and install. Then try to run the game... Of course, Ubi has also been trying to tell you that UConnect is NOT compatible with Windows 7 and will fail if you attempt to use it or an earlier version of Windows... only 10 & 11 now...
