Correct, the negative tanks’ purpose was to break the surface tension quickly to get below. NYGM made it negative buoyancy for a reason that eludes me.GWX has positive buoyancy at full stop but they also have a mod to change it to negative buoyancy,maybe due to complaints for reasons....
