Are you sure you're not talking about Call of the Wild? The wind display in Way of the Hunter changes intensity, or maybe I'm misunderstanding what you mean. Wind speed changes in Call of the Wild too, at least visually, but there's no speed display, and I'm not sure if it's factored in to shots anyway.
