For heaven's sake, I hope somebody blows up the remaining parts of the pipes as well - just to make sure that nobody can ever plan with approaching Russia for reopening it.
There shall be no way back as long as Russia is what it is.
The saltwatrer should increase the damages anyway, constantly.
