You know what?
Since i have re-installed my NewUIs TDC 7.1 mod this time using
7Zip application instead of Winrar for extraction ---> it's working now
I even found new lines in the files viewer!!
I highly suspect plenty mods zipped by modders with 7Zip that i extracted with winrar, were corrupted on my PC at some point!!
Just can't believe it
Currently re-extracting and re-installing all my mods downloads using 7Zip when it's a 7Zip folder
