In SH4 there is a
pack of US and Japanese destroyers by AOTD_MadMax which includes Porter and Benham. It also has a Mahan class, which was very similar to the Farraguts.
What I don't know is how difficult it is to port from SH4 to SH3. I usually do it the other way round.
