This is a general problem with the DW debriefing screen.

I commonly have the same problem with SUBROC's and other similar weapons.

Also, when the Sim removes the dead platforms from the game, it also disappears from the briefing screen.

I apologize for fleet members, for whom verification is a big issue, but there isn't much we can do about this on the sim end, other than ask SCS to change it in a patch.
