Nowhere in the documentation does it say anything about how to let the game know you want to use speech recog.

The Wolves of Steel" mod? This mod incorporates TDW's New UI's which is required for
Speech Recognition_MiTons_NewUI_Editon_v0.4.1_english to work in SH5.
