Found the problem - Destroyer.Sdf is running
Found what I was doing wrong.
When I clicked on the Destroyer.sdf , a box came up telling me it couldn't find the file and to do a search for available programs on the Internet.
It gave 3 choices to find it. Two of them were Through the Internet or Windows. I clicked on Windows. It led me to a list of program choices that I had on my computer.
I chose Notepad. And then everything came up.
After making the changes you mentioned, I copied and pasted the file to the game.
It's up and running.
