I decided to link it here as it may be the problem with mod's composition.

The issue with following contacts seems to be caused by

TDW_No_Hydrophone_On_Surface_1_1_0

replacing it with

IRAI_0_0_30_No_hydrophone_on_surface

(like in previous mod lists) eliminates the problem with following contacts
