I don't understand why version 2.1 of the mod, also (re-)uploaded on mediafire, didn't cause so many problems:

file size: 176 Mb (more than 2 times bigger than v 2.9)
upload date: 15-11-2012
number of downloads: 625
average daily downloads: about 6 (ca. 1 Gb per day)

Maybe more distributed downloads?
