I know in the past, I think last year with an older version of TWoS, I was in mediterran mission and other German ships, like destroyers, attacked the RAF if there are near to my position.

I have not changed these settings. They remained the same as TDW made them. There is no point in jumping between versions. If you don't like my changes, just don't install my modification version.
TDW simply did not add detection radars to German ships. I'll work on it.
In the modification from TDW, there is no Sea folder where the ship configuration files are located. Hence this problem.
In the next and last version, I will revise the radars of all war ships and destroyers according to historical data.
