I have never tried SH3 Commander. How come everyone seems to be so into it? What advantages does it give you?
I guess I will just have to go into the files -- I think it's the flotilla .cfg-- and change the patrol grid assignments myself. It would probably make sense to just copy the patrol grids for a type IXB from 1939-1943, since it has fairly similar range to a type XXI, right? Any other advice would be appreciated! Oh, and btw, when I mentioned getting a type IXD2 in 1939, I meant after some serious editing to the basic .cfg files LOL!
