"Action" makes refrence books for Armor, Planes and Infantry, They should have one fer boats an ships.
Buy yourself a nice airbrush, "
Pasche" is a decent brand. Then learn about, staining and drybrushing.
Dont try to paint the hull with a brush unless your already a model master.
I was mostly into 1/35th scale armor. 1/72nd is quite large, LOL.
Use "
zap a gap" model glue, its got rapid drying times and isnt "gloopy" like other brands of cement.
Go into any decent hobby store and ask for some of these items, Im sure they will be able to point you in the right direction.
Also check out the aforementioned thread theres some good infos and ideas in it. Not too mention a finished picture of someones kit the looks excellent in detail. Good Luck!
