Well , nothing worked. I was locked out being able to run as administrator ,so I did a full reset of windows 10, and a full clean up. Fresh install 1.5 Gold, applied all your suggestions, perfect , all is good. Thanks everyone for your guidance. Now how to evade elite escorts !
