I have a clean install of SH4 1.5 and I would lik to play with OM700 and your enviroment. What files should I install?

Is it in this order?

1º SH4 1.5
2º OM700
3º Sh3ToSh4Env RFB1.5 OM700 ?
or Sh3EnvToSh4V2
