Just tried the Admin style. Same result. The Forum description seems to be just too long.
I went and tried 1024 x 768 pixels and everything shows up on one page, but the script is kind of small for my old eyes.
Seems to be only for the forum home page. The individual sub-fora and individual threads appear to show up on a single page without the need to scroll Left --> Right
