Trump’s lawyers are arguing inconsistent positions in different criminal and appeal courts about Trump’s presidential immunity and first amendment protected free speech.
Trump’s criminal defense lawyer Sadow in Georgia is arguing to dismiss the indictments as protected free speech of "candidate" Trump while Trump's lawyers make the opposite to the US Supreme Court for the presidential immunity appeal hearing.
This will not end well as it can't be both. Trump is either candidate Trump, or President Trump.
