I once had the game looking perfect with the Onealex version of GWX and 8x super sampling under (strangley enough) S.T.A.L.K.E.R compatibility and such
But recently the surface of the water has this choppy low quality to it that doesnt go away even if I revert the settings, could it be a game file problem perhaps?

I should mention the problem is that the surface of the water seems to have an old TV static effect happening
