I have SCXIIc and I cannot find the above file in the graphics folder. I am not questioning youRamius, I simply have not heard of this file and cannot find it.
Now I don't play SCU and have never installed the stuff for it, could that be my problem.
SC is running OK for me, or at least I think it is.
