THAT'S THE SUISUN GHOST FLEET WHERE THE USS IOWA WAS FOR A LONG TIME ALONG WITH THE GLOMAR EXPLORER. MY ALBUM HAS A PICTURE(MY OL' FLIPPHONE ONTHE 25' CATALINA) I TOOK ON ONE OF OUR EASTERLY VOYAGES OF THE GHOST FLEET NOW DOWN TO ABOUT FIVE SHIPS AS IT'S BEING PHASED OUT. 
I WAS ON HAND FOR THIS SHOT ATOP OL FORT POINT UNDER THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE WHEN THE IOWA, UNDER TOW TO ITS CURRENT SAN PEDRO CA. MUSEUM LOCATION FROM THE SUISUN MOORAGE, PASSED IN FRONT OF ME:
