If it is from a disk, then you can copy it to a new folder. The first thing to do is to de-activate OM - as easy as that is... lol - but get it back to Stock condition. Using File Manager, navigate to your C: drive, and create a new folder of your own naming convention, such as "C:\Games". Inside of that Games folder, create another new folder of your own naming, such as "SH4OM" or whatever, such that you have "C:\Games\SH4OM" in this example. Now navigate to your "C:\Program Files (x86) \Ubisoft \Wolves of the Pacific" folder (whatever its name is) until you see the "Data", other folders & "Support". Once you are in that folder, then use key combo <Ctrl><A> so that it selects all of the files, then the combo <Ctrl><C> to copy them all. Now navigate back into your new C:\Games\SH4OM folder, and use combo <Ctrl><V> to paste it all into there. That should copy the whole stock game into the new folder, and leave your Stock game where it is.

Now find the SH4.exe and the FileManager.dll file in that new folder, and either select them both, or one at a time, then right-click on them, choose "Properties" from the context menu. That will bring up another little window that is open to the "General" tab. There is an "Attributes" section at the bottom of the tab, and clear the "Read-only" check mark out if there is one there. If the box is empty, that is what you want.

Now you can run 4GB virtual memory Patch on the SH4.exe file, and MultiSH4, which changes the FileManager.dll and allows you to alter the Save folder used from SH4, to any three regular characters you want, such as "OpM" or whatever. If you do not use MultiSH4, then you will have to delete that C:\Users \UserName \Documents \SH4 folder so that it clears the Stock game's settings out. You will have to change your user settings again.
