Actually itīs only a bit blur and a kind of green touch for the sea... sobers waves mod is a good beginning.
If the background (landscapes) would be such kind of detail it would be great! But I think a new engine is needed... even if people say the sea is most important.. imagine hunting in such fjords of Norway!!
