Problem solved. I have tested H.sie alone with GWX and confirmed ctd caused by it. So i have reinstalled H.sie and now it works perfectly in all start dates 1939-1945 and 1st patrol worked perfectly too. Also tested with all mods from my list and everything is okay now.
