Thanks for sharing this video! My Dad was on an Ocean-Going Tug as he always called it, I don't think he ever called it her given name so I'll have to do some research. I know he was on a PT Tender at Guadalcanal and also served on the USS California, but don't recall the name of the tug. Arakara sounds familiar but I may have heard it elsewhere.
