Do a "search" (google duckduckgo brave whatever) on "site:subsim.com/radioroom Japanese" (no quote marks, of course), and you should find quite a few hits. One fellow just did a Japanese music add-in not too long ago, another fellow was working on uniforms, and there are other things you can add-in, though be careful of your "dates" and what gets overwritten by other mods besides the first two listed.
