I´m having the same problem...I used the U Boat Selector two months ago and worked well. I have W11, and I had W11 when used it the last time.
Maybe an actualization of W11...(?). I did exceptions with firewall, AV, UAC, DEP...nothing works.
Please, could publish the "mod" with the boats for use with JSGME, so I don´t need the U Boat selector? I´m trying to do it myself, but without luck.
