At the beginning, when you see the the two 'agents' going through a dark room of bookshelves, that is an actual place here in LA, a massive bookstore named "The Last Bookstore", located in a building that once was the old headquarters for a major bank:

The theater in the video is also interesting; it si named "The Vista" and dates from about 1923, so its about 100 years old; The Vista was bought a couple of years ago by Quentin Tarantino and he announced plans to refurbish the theater and reopen it as an adjunct to his other LA theater, The New Beverly; apparently, Tarantino has also bought the entire building housing the theater as has also been undergoing an extensive makeover...

I used to go to The Vista, from as far back as the 70s and more recently, prior to the closing due to the pandemic, went to see first-run movies there because the prior owners had a policy of admitting seniors for remarkably low ticket prices; the theater was also very comfortable because, some time back, the owners had every other row of seats remove in order to give the patrons very ample legroom...

One interesting aspect of the song was it was the center of a very public lawsuit charging Harrison with plagiarism; it was alleged he nicked the music from the old Chiffons 1963 hit He's So Fine; the case dragged on for years, with the loathsome former Beatles manager, Allen Klein, trying to capitalize of Harrison's legal woes by buying the Chiffon's song publishing rights so Harrison would wind up paying Klein for the use of the song and future royalties; the ploy backfired because the judge in the case awarded Klein the exact same amount he paid out to acquire the song's rights, netting Klein a zero profit; the case was settled in 1981:

There was a posting referring to Jimbuna's original post re: "lots of stars"; granted some of those in the video may not be known outside the US or, in some cases outside of the Hollywood circle, but many of those in the video are very well known in comedy circles...

...at about 4:25 into the video, there are two young women, one very tall and blond and the other short and dark haired; they are a pair of actresses, Riki Lindhome (the tall) and Kate Micucci (the short) who have been in a lot of US TV series and films and are also accomplished songwriters, singers, and musicians who perform as the duo Garfunkel & Oates; they are somewhat infamous for some of their sons; those of you who are not easily offended or shocked may want to look up their YT videos, but be forewarned: there is on of their song that maybe particularly offensive to the sensitive: its titled The Lopphole and they produced an official music video that is howlingly funny, but, again, if you are easily offended, steer clear...

Ringo Starr also appeared in another George Harrison video, filmed while George was still with us, and it, too, has a cast of stars;

at about 2:03, a man walks quickly by carrying a john Lennon album on his arm; that man is John's son, Julian Lennon...
