Are you attempting to load saved games from before you had TMOBH activated? Is so, that will not work properly. After changing mod sets, you do have to either delete the old Save folder (C:\Users \UserName \Documents \SH4), or use
MultiSH4 v1.5 and create a newly named Save folder for the modded game.
