Hello guys! I have known this website for a long time (since SH3, if I remember correctly) but never thought of making an account before now.
Aaaaah I can remember my SH3 days! 11 years old and had a'lot of fun! And
then the summer 2010 when SH5 came out. I remember being on a country around trip with my parents when I found the game in some gamestore faaaar away from home. And the Huge excitement it brought, just by laying in the suitcase in the back of the car. Heck I remember the sunrise the day after we got home from our trip. I sat up a whole night installing the game and was damn'd ready to play.
and so, The never ending ocean of despair began to flow. bugs, lags and More bugs! Still trying to figure out how to play, I soon realize that this was hopeless and disappointment rushed over me. So i put the game back in its cover and into the drawer with all my other games to never be played again.
now, summer 2017. - Insomnia
been up all night without any sleep, and suddenly I am staring at the rising sun in witch usually would tell me "aah well, another night lost in battle"
Its quite funny how seasons can activate senses and memories you'dd long forgotten, and the sensation of an serious unresistible urge to play SH5 again.
and now we are here, downloaded TDW_GenericPatcher and booted up the game. WOW it's, it's PLAYABLE!

ah, yeah I am a bit clueless when it comes to modding and patching and am wondering what mods you guys have installed? or so called "must's"
