Ask any mobile dev & they'll tell ya: because of rampant piracy,
as well as a severe level of a proliferation of malware,

Well, it's "possible" to conquer the world, and look how well that turned out for Germany.
She is now the running lapdog of U.S. national interests in Europe.
Point being, just because something's possible doesn't mean it must/should be done.
Do you honestly believe the work you'll put into a Blackberry & WindowsPhone 8 version
will be justified by the end financial reaped rewards?

Just stick to iOS/OSX/W8 & you'll be fine, trust me.
