Just IMO, but in my experience of uploading stuff for Flight Sim, people usually don't care about having an input.
Come up with a good scenario, debug it, and post it.
Then wait for all the complaints to show up.
Sudan sounds interesting, but what about the Gulf of Sidra in the 1980's?
