It's like the free cam. I did not know this either. I kind of missed this feature. I felt stuck. So cool it is in the game after all.

Ok, lets see. When you are inside the sub (command center/whatever) you press Shift+F2 simultaneously. The view should change a bit. Then, you click anywhere in view (like when you are in free outside view), to "melt the mouse" into the screen. Then you use the arrow keys and you're mouse to move around, should work.  |
