Yes lee, I had a good laugh over Martins comment about the rowing, wasn't exactly the kind of help I was looking for though!!
Not sure what I can do to show the problem with saving missions, ie losing the damage textures when restarting them. Here's a pic of my boat while finally heading away from the area, no external damage showing.
On the other hand, I was totally surprised to see that the loss of one diesel engine showed up quite well on the external model! I have had plenty of damage inflicted on my boat before, even losing the whole thing, but never lost an engine before, so thought this was a nice detail in SH3. The starboard prop is not turning at all, really like that kind of detail, but would rather see it on someone elses boat,lol
