This is mostly a follow-on to my last post in the Ukraine thread. I like Dr. Paine and her presentations, but you need to be careful. She'll fling a bunch of nuggets onto the floor and its up to
you to keep up.
This is a good over-view of what's going on in Asia and the South China Sea
but its an over-view from 50,000 feet up. Its up to
