No use of force policy “when the barrier is broken” exists in this country. The only policy Im aware of that involves the use of deadly force to stop the commission of crime involves nuclear materials and to prevent serious bodily injury or death. What you posted makes no mention of either. It was a judgement call made by the officer involved and I’d wager that officer is in a living hell right now. He knows the truth, and neither you or the media knows jack. Quit politicizing the death of a fellow American and seek professional help.
