SCOTUS hearing over the 14th Amendment Section 3 issue for Trump is scheduled for February 8th.

Here is a new brief filed by Trump.

The arguments are the same position that Trump is not an Officer while holding the Office of the President, Trump was not part of the J6 insurrection, riot, peaceful school field trip, whatever, and that he didn't take an oath to support the Constitution even though he took an oath to "preserve, protect, and defend" it.

Now we wait for the opposing brief.
