From Norway to Italy, crews collecting footage for the Arts & Entertainment Network, a proposed tele-vision station, have gathered footage of Hitler's labor camps, ravaged german villages, and countless troop movements. The images are expected to be spliced together and played on the tele-vision station at all hours of the day and night for years on end, say A&E officials. Whom these programers expect to be watching tele-vision in the middle of the night has not been disclosed.
