As usual the media have got it wrong again, they do this on purpose to try and sensationalise everything, what the headline means is, if she sells them at the prices in the headline above she will make a loss of £29 million.
Rich people don't need to have a fire sale, they'll have friends who will give them access to money, all for the correct price of course, the items "Baroness Bra" is selling will sell themselves on their own merit, other rich people would buy them for a bit of a knockdown price but, fire sale?, Never.
