Download it, and copy the "SH3" folder in your main directory. Start SH3.exe, put your options (only german for voices, video, music...), exit the game. Start SH3 Commander, select your options, and play...You can change the options for Hsie and Stiebler mods with the apps in the folder "support". You have some addon mods in the "mods" folder, activate them via JSGME.
