The 5th Circuit Court has ruled that the Biden administration, the FBI & the CDC all violated the First Amendment by colluding with Big Tech to censor Americans

It gets worse: The court found that the Biden administration “coerced” these platforms and threatened them if they didn’t comply.
“According to that ruling, the White House, ‘coerced the platforms by way of intimidating messages and threats of adverse consequences.’”
“So in other words, the Biden administration forced social media companies to remove our posts that were critical of the Biden administration, or made the Biden White House look bad.”
