I have already seen that
(in Ccom12 but not anymore cause I know why now)
Seems it was your very first patrol … and you have to do it without any sub changes in equipment when you start (to avoid the zeroing kills)
About the CTD, it’s probably adding troubles for this issue too.
Now the CTD is not normal, NYGM is usually solid rock.
I even can save close to convoys/ships/harbors without CTD when reaload!
But avoid playing more than X1024 time compression !
Best is X256 to keep the planes threat during day time, and X512 or X1024 during night time…SH3 is a game of patience
