Oh well... you do have plenty of hardware there... If you get the issue with the Stock game also, that is really odd... I don't know if you have ever tried one of those gaming apps such as
Razer Cortex Game Booster and similar (there are at least three programs named "Game Booster"), those can be set to temporarily "kill" background apps and then restore them when you exit the game. Those though can cause as much trouble as they solve...
