This is the post where I did a picture of my one Windows 10 machine. I have another picture in a post I can't find and that has the other machine, with the top "Program DPI" box ticked:

We have 3 machines with Windows10 and their own copy of SH4 (disk, disk, Ubisoft), and all three have different boxes ticked... go figure. All are Intel-based builds, but all have different video sub-systems, with the laptop having onboard Intel, the old Core2 Quad desktop with an older 560ti, and the i7 with dual GTX980 cards... Your mileage may vary.
