I managed for the anti aliasing to work for me when I ran the SH3 borderless windowed mode. I will release a guide in future which describes how to get it working.
Note that I am using quite powerfull gpu which has 4gb of vram
Even running 8x anti aliasing sun holo is it still present. I remember I couldn't get the sun to shine with Nvidia GPU ( or maybe because the game is running borderless window mode)
