Did a complete install and reinstall following your set up notes to the letter as I have always done because you've been spot on on how to successfully mod the game. (ubiplay was a pain to get around). It really surprised me that the radio icon is still unresponsive in both the campaign and historical missions which both load pretty quickly with no issues. Ive spent the last week trying to fix this, I think at this point the the game is not recoverable at this point and I will just have to wait for the next mod version to see if it sorts itself out as a full reinstall does not fix the issue.
