After five years as a Federal SSA Appeals bailiff(incl. finding a used choir-robe sales for them to wear on the bench); and 9th Circuit Justice's en banc security on execution occasions till 0200AM-then round up 'their Grace's' taxi rides home!!!.... plus sitting in jury chair all day long hurts my extrucker's back! And I'm hardly judicially impartial toward creeps, neer-do-wells and white-trash generally! My wife's D.A. career used to get me out of serving, but she's retired now.
