Bejing opened its new mega airport - after just four years.
Germany - and especially Berlin - has reason to be ashamed.
The new airport at Berlin is being opened since 8 years now, after a construction time of 5 years from 2006 to 2011 and a projected follow-on construction due to initial misplanning of another 15 years, from 2020 on, once the so far 8-years lasting opening ceremony has ended. All envisioned stages of construction will be completed in 2035.
