Take a closer look at the left hand side of my screenie
The texture files are all DDS format

Admittedly the roster file says it is looking for a TGA, but that is just SH4 lying to you
The roster cfg looks at the filename it is after, and ignores the suffix (I suspect it may even have a preference for DDS files regardless of the suffix)

This is what we have been given by UBI

Check out other roster files - you will see they all call upon TGA files, and all actually load DDS files for the game

I will take a look at the Hatsuharu for you
