It's been that way for quite a while, going by looking back through the beta period to the Alpha line...
All of them appear to have tga files for this one.
My photoshopLE crashes when opening some of them...
Edit: Check the Hatsuharu also, would you please, max-peck? Same issue with my PhotoshopLE crashing with it...
